TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR

Caitlyn Bean

Caitlyn Bean is a highly accomplished and dedicated equestrian, serving as the Head Trainer and Barn Manager at Indigo Trails Farm. With a passion for horses that ignited at the age of 10, Caitlyn has devoted her life to riding, training, and honing her skills in the world of dressage.

Having earned her Bronze and Silver medals in Dressage, Caitlyn has achieved notable success in her competitive career. She has competed through Intermediate 1 and is currently training the Grand Prix on her exceptional stallion, Finery. In a remarkable accomplishment, Caitlyn and Finery clinched the championship in Pre St. George in Region 4 last year, earning an invitation to Nationals where they finished impressively in the top half of their professional class in PSG at their first National event.

Caitlyn's commitment to personal growth and professional development is evident in her continued training under the guidance of esteemed trainer Justin Darracott. She also spends her winters in Wellington, FL, where she further refines her skills and knowledge alongside her horses. Throughout her journey, Caitlyn has had the privilege of training with renowned dressage figures such as Stefan Peters, Laura Graves, Jayme Irwin, and JJ Tate.

As an FEI trainer and instructor, Caitlyn excels in sharing her expertise and passion for dressage with her students. She finds joy in working with equestrian owners and their horses, helping them progress and reach their dressage goals. Caitlyn's deep connection with horses and her commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Indigo Trails Farm community. TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR

Meghan Whitman

Meghan Whitman joined the Indigo Trails Farm team in 2023 as a highly skilled and passionate trainer and instructor. With over 15 years of experience working with horses, Meghan's journey in the equestrian world has been shaped by a strong educational foundation and continuous professional development.

Meghan earned her Bachelor's degree in Equine Management, laying the groundwork for her comprehensive understanding of equine care and training. She has worked as an equine veterinary assistant allowing her to develop a unique understanding of another aspect of the industry.  Seeking to expand her knowledge and refine her skills, she embarked on a transformative learning experience as a working student with Tik Maynard and Sinead Halpin Maynard in Florida. Upon her return to Wisconsin, Meghan furthers her ongoing education by studying as a member of Celeste Lazaris' Balance Through Movement Method (BTMM) Masterclass and regularly taking lessons with Nick Rivera.

As a teacher and trainer since the fall of 2021, Meghan seamlessly combines her focus on building the human-horse relationship with her background in sport horse development. She places emphasis on emotional fitness and postural components while nurturing a partnership that extends from the ground to the saddle. Meghan derives great satisfaction from building confidence in both horses and their humans, helping them communicate effectively and harmoniously. Her business is guided by the three pillars of "Connection, Communication, Compassion," which she exemplifies in and out of the arena with her two- and four-legged students.

Meghan's teaching and training styles are marked by a positive attitude and ability to meet horse and human where they are at in their journey. She is passionate about fostering a supportive and encouraging environment that enables students of all ages to thrive..

Currently, Meghan offers full and partial training packages, on- and off-site lessons, education days, and video consults. OWNER, LEAD MARE & GESTALTIST

Stacey Bean

The owner of Indigo Trails Farm and Lead Equine Gestaltist, Stacey Bean, MD is a highly experienced and dedicated health professional with over 30 years of expertise in the health and wellness industry. Passionate about functional medicine and women's holistic health, she provides personalized and comprehensive care to optimize health.

With a deep-rooted love for functional health, root cause healing, integrative nutrition, fitness, and gestalt, Stacey has developed a unique and bio-individualized approach to wellness. She addresses underlying factors contributing to health imbalances and educates and empowers her clients to support their bodies' natural healing abilities. While she no longer practices conventional medicine (and does not give any medical advice), she now practices as a Holistic Health Coach and Gestaltist combining her diverse background to offer holistic care.

Stacey holds a medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of California, Berkeley. She has obtained several Integrative Nutrition certifications, specializing in Women's Hormone Health and Gut Health. Additionally, she is dual-certified in the Gestalt Coaching Method and Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, integrating holistic and experiential approaches into her practice.

Focused on helping women deepen the human experience and foster personal growth, Stacey specializes in supporting those struggling with self-esteem, body image issues, menopause or perimenopause symptoms, aging, life purpose, weight management, and metabolic health issues. She recognizes the unique challenges women face at different life stages and provides compassionate support and guidance during these transformative times.

Stacey's passion lies in helping her clients unlock their potential and navigate the complexities of womanhood with confidence and resilience. Through her personalized and integrative approach, she creates a safe and nurturing space for women to explore self-worth, embrace their bodies, find purpose, and achieve optimal health.

With her guidance and expertise, women facing challenges related to self-esteem, body image, menopause, aging, life purpose, and weight management can embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery, personal growth, and enhanced well-being. Her commitment to empowering women and fostering holistic health shines through in her compassionate care and dedication to supporting her clients every step of the way.  When she is not working with her online functional health clients, you will find Stacey leading the Gestalt Workshops and many of the Specialty Events at the farm during the spring/summer seasons. Rhawnie Thompson

Rhawnie Thompson is a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in Behavioral Sciences. With a degree in this field and extensive experience working with children with special needs and autism, she has developed a deep understanding of their unique challenges and needs.

Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, Rhawnie finds great fulfillment in working with the CLTS (Children's Long Term Support Services) kids at Indigo Trails. She has a special affinity for these children and utilizes her expertise to provide them with the care and support they require. Rhawnie's love for animals, particularly horses, has led her to incorporate equine-assisted therapy into her work, creating meaningful and transformative experiences for the children in her care.

Since joining Indigo Trails in 2021, Rhawnie has played a crucial role as the Assistant Barn Manager. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Whether it is coordinating schedules, managing supplies, or overseeing day-to-day operations, Rhawnie's invaluable contributions keep everything running seamlessly.

With her unique combination of expertise in Behavioral Sciences, experience with children with special needs, and passion for equine-assisted therapy, Rhawnie brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role at Indigo Trails. Her commitment to the well-being and development of the CLTS kids shines through in her work as she strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth and progress.

Rhawnie's unwavering dedication to helping others and her invaluable contributions to Indigo Trails make her an integral part of the team.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR 

Tina Morschauser

Tina attended yoga teacher training with Inner Fire Yoga after doing yoga for 14 years. Her love and interest in yoga has lead her to work with teachers such as Sean Corn, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, Shakta Kaur, Desiree Rumbaugh, Mandy Ingber, Max Strom and Rolf Gates. Tina has also participated in many yoga journal conferences and three yoga retreats taking her to Present Moment Retreat in Trocones, Mexico, Maya Tulum in Tulum, Mexico and Samasati Yoga & Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica. Having co-owned an Aveda Lifestyle salon and spa for over 20 years, she shares her knowledge of the Chakras and incorporates the Aveda Chakra oils and sprays into her yoga classes. Basic knowledge shared of each chakra along with affirmations will give you personal insight during your yoga class. Tina believes that yoga is for everyone and everybody. She even inspired her mother to attend a yoga class while she was on oxygen in end stage cancer. If her mother can find the courage to come to a class, so can you!
